Welcome to CarAssure. By accessing our website, booking an inspection, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish the rights and responsibilities between you (the customer) and CarAssure, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with any booking or transaction, as they form a binding agreement once accepted.

2. Services Provided

CarAssure specialises in providing independent and unbiased vehicle inspection services. These services include—but are not limited to—pre-purchase inspections, accident history reviews, valuation reports, and general vehicle condition assessments. All inspections are carried out by trained and qualified professionals using AI-supported tools, industry-standard checklists, and best practices to deliver accurate, reliable reports. However, our inspections are limited to visible and accessible areas of the vehicle and do not involve dismantling components.

3. Booking & Payments

All inspections must be booked either through our secure online booking platform or via our customer support team. To confirm your booking, full payment is required in advance. Once an inspection has been scheduled, payments are considered non-refundable except in cases where CarAssure cancels the service. Any additional charges, such as travel surcharges or optional add-ons, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the service begins. By making payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

4. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are delivered electronically, typically within 15 minutes after the inspection has been completed. The report will provide a professional opinion based on the condition of visible and easily accessible components at the time of inspection. CarAssure does not dismantle parts, investigate internal systems beyond visual checks, or guarantee that no hidden defects exist. Our reports are intended to support your buying or decision-making process but should not be the sole factor in your purchase decision.

5. Limitations of Liability

CarAssure strives to provide accurate and unbiased inspection results; however, our reports represent a snapshot of the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection and cannot predict future performance or mechanical failures. We are not responsible for undisclosed issues, subsequent defects, or misrepresentation by third parties (such as sellers or dealers). Customers are strongly encouraged to use our inspection reports alongside other information and their own judgment when making purchase decisions.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your inspection by notifying CarAssure at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of payment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, but such adjustments cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Force Majeure

CarAssure is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, accidents, technical failures, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable incidents. In such cases, we will make every effort to resume or reschedule services promptly once circumstances allow.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the matter may proceed to arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and laws.
